Product Designer and Team Lead
The goal of this project was to revamp the brand’s website, creating a new version to better represent its identity and specially drive more traffic and increase donations.

For this project, since working with a bigger team and an on going project, the kick-off started by understanding which steps of the way had already been taken, mapping what needed to be done and priorities, as well as gathering needed media and information. The main material provided consisted of a brand system with UI KIT and a sitemap.
Since working with an ongoing project, a methodology focused on cycles of improvement was best fitted.
On the first step we established desired outcomes by setting goals and aligning the team.
With everyone on the same page, we moved on to creating wireframes and prototypes to test and gather feedback in order to adjust the sitemap and design choices.
